What people are saying……

Jayson - “I hired Mark and Pat to help finish the walls for a new bedroom, and to move inside doors around with new walls for another bedroom, and to paint everything after. They did an excellent job. Pat and his team were pros, they gave me daily updates on availability, kept their word and showed up when they said they would, and did impeccable work. Very happy with the finished product. Thanks guys!”

Heather - “Mark and Pat are the consummate professionals. We are thrilled with our new kitchen renovation. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them to family and friends.”

Lily - “We had such a pleasant experience with Better Contracting. Mark and Pat did a great job with our powder room gut/remodel, the new flooring installed throughout our entire main level and installing a beautiful new door for my den. We are so pleased with the work. The best part was how quickly the work was done. It took 7 working days only! It was such a relief to have the work done so quickly. They cleaned up after themselves every day and always kept their tools and supplies neat and organized. Additionally the service was top notch. Anytime we reached out, Pat was always so quick to reply. So hard to find a contractor with that level of responsiveness these days. I still remember the day Pat and Mark arrived at my home to provide a quote. My dishwasher was leaking (and they noticed). Right away they helped out! Mark fixed the leak in less than 5 minutes! A problem we’d been trying to ignore for over a month and he swooped in to save the day. And he was so nice he didn’t charge because it was a simple fix (adding plumbers tape…). It meant so much to us that he cared and wanted to help. Right away we knew we wanted to work with this duo! And so glad we did. We are already discussing our next projects to come. Up next new flooring for my office and a full kitchen gut/remodel! So excited for the future renos to come and to be working with this great team. I would highly recommend them to others and will definitely only call them for reno projects in the future. Thanks again for everything guys!”

Lisa - “Pat and Mark were extremely professional and trustworthy! They are efficient and extremely knowledgeable with regards to bathroom design. I could not be any happier with our new ensuite bathroom ! I feel like I am the Nordik everyday!”
